Insurance Advisor/ Customer Services

Reporting to the Director, Consulting, the Group Insurance Consultant will serve clients, including by presenting renewal conditions, holding training meetings and information sessions and paying courtesy visits to support group leaders with problem solving. The incumbent will also support the development of new business. Ensure the preparation of renewals within the stipulated deadlines, analyze and validate the information, present the renewal to the various group managers and / or brokers and ensure customer retention
Explain insurance plan coverage to group leaders or to insured members
Promote AGA products and services to clients and/or brokers and take charge of assigned business opportunities or develop new ones directly to achieve sales objectives
Make courtesy visits to the groups under his/her responsibility to maintain a special relationship, create lasting business links with group leaders, and support in problem solving
Collect information on methods, products, procedures, and other information likely to help AGA Benefit Solutions improve the quality of its services while providing constructive solutions
Represent AGA Benefit Solutions at conventions or seminars, participate in training sessions as a facilitator or resource person and produce an event report
or 5 years of experience in group insurance
Certificate as representative in group insurance of persons from the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Very good knowledge of English, spoken and written
The candidate will have to frequently travel and a car with a valid license is essential
