Construction and Site Project Manager (m/f/d)

Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of construction projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are upheld.
Manage procurement of materials and equipment needed for project completion.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
Maintain effective communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns.

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:

• 5+ years of PM experience in GC/ICI construction
• Proven success in retail and/or airport projects
• Ability to lead site teams, manage schedules, and deliver high-end finishes under pressure
• Competitive salary between $110000 and $125000 CAD.

Performance-based bonus.
