Inside Sales Specialist (Full-time)

Randstad Professional is seeking a high-performing Inside Sales Representative for a premier permanent opportunity in Hamilton, ON. Joining a multi-line steel distributor with over 43 years of success catering to food, chemical, and architectural industries, you will be part of North America’s premier certified stainless steel distribution network. In this pivotal sales and customer care role, you will act as a strategic business partner, managing the growth and maintenance of critical sales accounts while providing expert technical solutions for complex industrial needs. This position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on independently prospecting new business opportunities while expertly managing an existing portfolio. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive sales and marketing plans for your geographic territory, ensuring you meet and exceed monthly quotas and margin requirements.

Competitive base salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 per year.

Meet and exceed aggressive monthly sales quotas and margin requirements.

• Independently prospect for new business opportunities to expand the company's market footprint.
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of high-value accounts through proactive customer care.
• Develop and execute a detailed sales and marketing plan for your assigned geographic territory.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at all levels of a client's organization.
• Respond to and resolve complex customer service issues with a focus on long-term satisfaction.
• Provide technical information regarding value-added processing capabilities, including laser, plasma, and water-jet cutting.
• Post-secondary education in business marketing is highly preferred.
• Strong background in sales within the food, chemical, or steel fabrication sectors.
