Developing and executing the supply chain strategy aligned with the overall business objectives, including setting goals for efficiency, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.

Oversee distribution network which involves managing third party logistics along with building and nurturing relationships with brokers, customers, and other stakeholders.

Working with other managers, such as the vice president of operations, to develop strategies that align supply chain activities with business objectives.

Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs in supply chain operations.

Monitoring and controlling costs associated with procurement, production, transportation, and other supply chain activities.

Ensuring that the company has adequate inventory of products to meet customer demand while avoiding overstocking or shortages.

Overseeing inventory levels to ensure optimal balance between supply and demand, avoiding excess stock or shortages.

Oversee the flow of materials through the supply chain by arranging for transportation, warehousing, and other services.

Developing a network of suppliers to ensure that the company always has access to the materials it needs at competitive prices.

Collaborating with various internal departments (such as manufacturing, finance, sales, and marketing) to ensure smooth coordination across the organization.

Ensuring that all suppliers meet minimum quality standards for their products.

Building and leading a skilled supply chain team, providing mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities.

Considering sustainability and ethical considerations in supply chain decisions, such as responsible sourcing and reducing environmental impact.

Managing the transportation, warehousing, and distribution of products to ensure timely delivery to customers while minimizing costs.

Evaluating and implementing technology solutions such as supply chain management software, data analytics tools, and automation to enhance visibility, efficiency, and decision-making.

Master's degree in business administration, Logistics, or any other related fields.

Minimum 6+ years of experience in logistics management is preferred.

Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Suite of Applications), and instructional software

Skill in organization, analysis, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines for multiple tasks.
