Supply Education Assistant

With a staff of 14,000, the TCDSB is a dynamic school board and is seeking Supply Education Assistants. The Board maintains a roster of temporary/casual staff for assignments to cover employee absences. The primary function of this position is to provide assistance to students in the areas of spiritual, education, social, behavioural and physical needs. Autism

Educational Support Diploma or related field of study.
A minimum of one (1) year working experience with individuals with special needs or equivalent (e.g., providing care for family members with special needs, etc.)
Otherwise a Baptismal Certificate from a Roman Catholic Church is required (please note that a positive pastoral reference is required to be considered for all permanent positions).
