Accountant & Finance Clerk

Job Responsibility:
Job Summary
Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording expenses and revenues in QuickBooks
Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing clients and following up on outstanding payments
Handle accounts payable, ensuring timely processing of vendor invoices and payments
Track and reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and general ledger accounts
Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end closing procedures
Monitor and track employee hours for payroll processing
Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation for audits or tax filings
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations
Support other administrative or accounting-related tasks as needed
Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience: 1-3 years in bookkeeping, AR/AP, or a similar accounting role
• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and best practices
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and vendors

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,856.94-$64,115.38 per year
