We are seeking a Senior Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Mountainview Health & Wellness in New Westminster. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our healthcare practitioners in delivering top-notch care to our clients.
Invoicing, billing to ICBC, WCB, and third party insurances in Jane App
Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the clinic, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage phone calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
Handle administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records.
Process payments and manage billing inquiries using Jane App.
Ensure the front desk area is tidy and well-stocked with necessary materials.
Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative role in a healthcare / rehab clinic.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality when dealing with patient information
Familiarity with phone systems and office procedures like Jane App, MS Word, Excel, Email, Web-Based Utilities, Adobe
Proficiency in English written and spoken
