This key role requires a creative problem solver, who is passionate about customer service and loves a good challenge. The base salary for this role is: $35,000 - $37,128 CAD (dependent on province of employment) plus Commissions
Effectively negotiate repayment solutions for customers experiencing financial setbacks while focusing on retention.
Fully accountable for collections related member questions or concerns – you’re totally organized and knowledgeable about policies and procedures.
At least 1+ years of experience working in collections/AR, first or third party.
Experience working in a high volume, performance driven (KPI/Target based) contact centre is plus!
Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Chat GPT,Outlook, and Excel), as well as Windows operating systems.
Committed to going above and beyond to find solutions for customers.
Passionate about personal finance and helping people make positive financial decisions.
Reliable internet and ability to work from home (we provide computer, monitor, phone etc.)
Regular set 8 hours Monday to Friday
