Reception Team Assistant

$22 - $23 per hour

We are currently seeking a Receptionist for a leading wealth management company in Pickering, Ontario. This Receptionist role is a contract with the possibility of extension and is perfect for someone who thrives in a professional, fast-paced environment. As a Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, setting the tone for a welcoming and organized office atmosphere.
This contract will be for 1 week and be extended on a week to week basis
In office - Pickering - Liverpool road and Kingston road
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms to a high standard
Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front-desk role

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Teams
Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a car
This is a contract position for 1 month, with the potential for extension
Candidates must be able to commute reliably to our office in Pickering, Ontario
