Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in clients with professionalism and warmth
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage appointment bookings
- Process payments and maintain accurate records using spa management software
- Coordinate daily schedules for practitioners and manage client flow
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the front desk and reception area
- Handle client inquiries and follow-up communications with care and discretion
- Support back-of-house operations when needed
Qualifications
- Minimum , or wellness setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficiency in spa or clinic software (e.g., Jane, Mindbody, or similar platforms)
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- High level of discretion, especially with confidential client information
- Experience with POS systems and basic administrative tasks
