Head of Growth (REMOTE)

We’re building a relationship-oriented bank for the modern world. As a Growth Manager, you will own customer and portfolio growth across Simplii Financials’ borrowing products, including credit card and personal line of credit, and related offerings. You’ll operate at the intersection of customer insights, analytics, product strategy, and lifecycle execution, using data to drive measurable P&L impact through offer ideation and fulfillment. This is a highly analytical role designed for someone who is comfortable owning business outcomes, working with financial forecasts, and translating customer behavior into measurable results.

You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 2–3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

Own portfolio growth and P&L performance, including acquisition, balances, inflows/outflows, retention and CAC; partner with Finance on forecasting, planning and performance management.

Lead lifecycle and funnel optimization, identifying friction points across acquisition, usage, engagement and retention to improve conversion and customer value.

Translate customer data into growth insights , leveraging cohort analysis, experiments, A/B and multivariate tests, dashboards and performance metrics to inform priorities. Ensure alignment of campaigns and product launches with customer needs, performance goals, and regulatory requirements, and monitor post-launch performance to recommend optimizations.

Collaborate across the organization, working with Analytics, Risk, Product, Sales, Marketing, CX, Legal and Compliance to enable responsible, customer-first growth.

A data-driven growth leader with experience owning customer, revenue and/or portfolio outcomes.

Experience in financial services, fintech or regulated environments is an asset; familiarity with SQL, experimentation and analytics tools is a plus.
