We are seeking a Manager to join our private enterprise team, supporting a diverse portfolio of local businesses across Saskatchewan. This role is ideal for a well-rounded CPA who enjoys variety, autonomy, and building deep client relationships. You’ll work with passionate professionals who care deeply about client service, mentorship, and community impact. You’ll have the flexibility to structure your work in a way that aligns with your life, and the support to grow your career in the direction you choose. Whether you’re based in Regina or working remotely, you’ll be fully integrated into the team and connected to clients and colleagues who value trust, responsiveness, and thoughtful advice. CPA designation with 2–5 years of progressive, post-CPA experience in public practice or a professional services environment.

Strong technical foundation with the ability to see the big picture and identify opportunities to add value for owner-managed clients.

Confidence managing client relationships end-to-end, including planning, delivery, and communication.

Curiosity, initiative, and an interest in contributing beyond client files — whether that’s firm initiatives, committees, or business development.

Manage and advise a portfolio of owner-managed business clients across a wide range of industries.

Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate growth, challenges, and key business decisions.

Participate in firm led business development activities.

Get involved in firm committees and initiatives that shape how we work, serve clients, and support our communities.
