Operations Assistant (Seasonal)

Job Responsibility:
Job Summary We're seeking a detail-oriented, energetic, and organized Tour Operations Assistant to support the planning and execution of daily tour activities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about travel and tourism.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the daily scheduling and coordination of tours, guides, and transportation
Communicate with customers regarding bookings, changes, and general inquiries
Maintain accurate records of tours, guest preferences, and logistics
Support the operations manager in handling last-minute changes or emergencies
Coordinate with hotels, transportation providers, and activity vendors
Prepare and distribute itineraries and guest information packets
Help ensure that tours operate smoothly and meet high-quality standards
Requirements
Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or customer service preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Familiarity with reservation systems or CRM tools is a plus
Fluent in English
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
