Job Responsibility:
Overview Create Compounding Pharmacy is leading compounding pharmacy group and our facilities are fully compliant with the NAPRA guidelines. We offer sterile, non-sterile and hazardous compounding. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our logistics operations, ensuring efficient warehouse distribution and supply chain management. This position requires a strong understanding of logistics processes, demand planning, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Processing payments
- Packaging deliveries according to handling requirements and storage conditions
- Sending deliveries through various companies
- Managing delivery inquiries and communicating with pharmacy staff, customers, and suppliers
- Ordering delivery supplies
- Receiving, organizing, and packing away orders
- Data entry and maintaining delivery records
- Clean workstation between compounding products
- Clean out the dishwasher
- Making sure all batched items are well stocked
- Other duties that may be assigned by your manager
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is an asset.
- Familiarity with supply chain concepts and demand planning processes.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members and external partners.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement initiatives.
