Niagara Life Centre (NLC) is a Christian counselling centre committed to offering help, hope, and healing to individuals and families navigating life’s most difficult challenges. As a charity, we provide compassionate care through low-fee professional counselling, community engagement, and group programs.
Niagara Life Centre is seeking a professional, compassionate and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional client care and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Job Type: Part-time, Permanent
A strong personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.
An active member or adherent of a local Christian church.
Combined education and work experience in office administration, and word processing software (MS Office, Google Docs, etc.)
Administrative Duties
Answer telephones, respond to emails, check voicemail, take messages, and direct all inquiries to appropriate staff.
Data entry.
You’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of clients while growing in your own calling and administrative expertise.
