Johns Sales Manager you will be taking the lead in driving day-to-day performance across our New and Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales departments. This role is all about momentum - youll fuel exceptional customer experiences while motivating our sales team to continue to deliver top-notch customer service. Were searching for a forward-thinking Sales Manager who can inspire excellence build strong customer relationships and take our guest experience to new heights.
Work in conjunction with the General Sales Manager in all areas of sales operations and performance.
Manage daily sales-floor activity for New and Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales.
Distribute monitor and manage all sales leads.
Coach train and develop Sales and F&I team members.
Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure a consistently high-quality customer experience and resolve escalated concerns.
Support inventory management merchandising and trade appraisals.
Ensure compliance with Mazda brand standards dealership policies and legal requirements.
Collaborate with Service Parts Accounting Marketing and HR teams.
5 years of automotive dealership sales experience

• 2 years of sales management experience
• 2 years of people management experience
