Salon Manager - Orillia, ON (Monarch Drive)
Pay: $21/hour + Monthly Bonuses + Commission Location: Monarch Drive, Orillia Full-Time | Flexible Schedule (Days, Evenings, Some Weekends)
We're a vibrant, fast-paced salon dedicated to creating an amazing experience for our clients and a supportive, growth-focused environment for our team. As Salon Manager, you'll play a key role in leading the team, growing the business, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Lead and inspire a team of stylists and support staff
Hire, train, and coach team members to achieve performance goals
Conduct team meetings, performance check-ins, and schedule shifts
Ensure every client receives exceptional service
Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns professionally
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and upbeat salon atmosphere
Operations & Inventory Management
Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring efficiency and organization
Manage inventory: track product levels, place orders, receive and organize stock
Ensure all retail shelves are fully stocked, clean, and visually appealing
Perform regular inventory counts and minimize shrinkage
Maintain salon compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Sales & Financial Performance
Monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance and meet or exceed salon targets
1-2+ years experience in a salon leadership or management role
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing inventory and schedules
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Passion for the beauty industry (Cosmetology license is a bonus, not required)
- Comfortable using salon software and reporting tools
Hourly Pay $21/hour
Bonuses: Monthly bonuses based on salon goals.
Commission: Earn commission on retail and service sales.
