Position: Territory Manager - SK
Responsibilities:
As a Territory Manager (Saskatchewan) at Timken Canada LP, you will be the pivot between our clients and our internal teams. Your responsibilities will include:
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their business needs and align our solutions to exceed their expectations.
Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account expansion and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for upselling and cross-selling.
Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients. Clearly articulate our value proposition and keep clients informed on project timelines, deliverables, and any relevant updates.
Problem Solving: Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Strategic Planning: Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business.
Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex problems.
Familiarity with MS Office and CRM is a plus.
