As an Account Manager on our Boomer Fresh Team youll be part of our operations team supporting a portfolio of customers while ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics operations. Provide accurate competitive pricing based on customer needs and market conditions.
Ensure real-time updates and proactive communication with customers regarding delivery status delays or changes.
Manage suppliers: Customer communication: things change quickly in our world so we look for individuals who thrive on customer success and love an opportunity to tackle problem -on!
Relationship builders you care about your team and your customers and that will come across in all your interactions. Youll foster strong and long-term relationships with them by treating their business like your own business.
Excellent time management and ability to prioritize in a high-volume environment.
Customer-first mindsetyou care deeply about providing exceptional service.
Solid computer skills especially with Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook Word). Bonus Points:
Strong knowledge of North American trucking and freight markets.
This is a full-time permanent position working with our Dynamic Green Team in our vibrant and bright Burlington office.
