Senior Customer Operations Specialist

As a Client Operations Specialist Sr, you will respond to incoming client calls and emails. We will count on you to communicate with other Insight departments on client issues and assist in resolution where applicable. Make outgoing client calls in support of the organization’s sales requirements.
Enter client sales orders accurately into the appropriate order entry system.
Research technical information on product request and ensure access to procuring.
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) and 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
Strong communication in English and French languages (verbal and written), organization and time management skills required.
