Investment Operations and Reconciliations Analyst

Support Sun Life’s ETF mandate in a hybrid environment, applying reconciliation and trade support expertise to daily investment operations activities.
Reporting to the Director of Investment Operations, the Analyst partners with Portfolio Management, Product, and Institutional teams. You will manage ETF operations, support Investment Operations Support, and improve efficiency, analytical capability, and delivery. The work includes varied asset classes, transaction processing, and client service.
Manage daily reconciliation, settlement, trade support, and PCF delivery
Monitor corporate actions and determine appropriate courses of action
Participate in operational projects and process improvements
Three to six years of investment operations experience
Degree in business, math, computer science, engineering, or related field
Familiarity with ETFs, equities, fixed income, and derivatives
Experience building data quality workflows using tools
Apply investment operations experience, ETF knowledge, and analytical skills to support Sun Life’s evolving mandate and clients.
