Summary

 

We are seeking an OpenText Analyst to support the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise content management and content services solutions. In this role, you will work closely with clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders to deliver OpenText-based solutions that improve content management, document workflows, information governance, and business processes.

 

This opportunity is a  future opportuntity  for an upcoming engagement, ideal for a professional with 2+ years of experience working with OpenText technologies who enjoys solving business challenges through technology, working in collaborative project environments, and building expertise in enterprise content management platforms.

 

What will your typical day look like?

 

In this role, your day-to-day work will involve supporting the implementation, administration, and ongoing maintenance of OpenText Content Server, Content Suite, and Extended ECM for SAP solutions. You will configure and maintain content management applications, workflows, forms, web reports, and templates, while helping gather business requirements and translate them into practical functional and technical solutions. You will also support integrations between OpenText platforms and enterprise applications, participate in data and content migration activities, and assist with planning, execution, testing, validation, and defect resolution.

 

As part of the broader project team, you will troubleshoot application issues, provide ongoing support for OpenText environments and SAP integrations, create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and configuration guides, and contribute to client workshops, project meetings, and solution demonstrations. You will also be encouraged to stay current with OpenText product capabilities and industry best practices to help deliver effective content management solutions.

You are someone with these skills, experience and qualifications:

 

• 2+ years of experience working with OpenText technologies in a development, administrator, or analyst capacity, with exposure to one or more of the following:
  • OpenText Content Server
  • OpenText Content Suite
  • OpenText Extended ECM for SAP (xECM)
  • OpenText InfoArchive
  • OpenText Exstream.
• Experience supporting enterprise content management implementations, including basic knowledge of OpenText workflows, forms, web reports, live reports, and templates.
• Technical experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST and SOAP web services, along with an understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data modelling concepts.
• Familiarity with system integration and content migration activities.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, paired with excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
• A bachelor’s degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.

 

It would be great for you to have some of these nice to haves as well:

 

• Experience with additional OpenText and SAP environments, such as OpenText Archive Center / Archive Server, OpenText Directory Services, OpenText xECM for SAP, OpenText Content Server, SAP, or related platforms.
• Development experience with SAP ABAP, knowledge of Java or .NET, or familiarity with data integration tools such as SSIS.
• Experience supporting information management initiatives, including content migration, records management, or information governance projects.
• Exposure to content services strategy, enterprise architecture, UX initiatives, or consulting and professional services environments.
• OpenText certifications, along with a passion for emerging technologies, process optimization, and continuous learning.

 

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $90,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
