Illustrator/ Graphic designer

Your New Company Our client, an award‑winning, innovative architectural practice known for delivering high‑quality projects across multiple sectors, is currently looking to hire a Graphic Designer to join their team.

As a Graphic Designer, you will work directly with the marketing & proposals team and support the firm by creating clear, refined, and visually compelling materials that communicate design intent and brand values. This role will focus on translating architectural concepts into high-quality graphics for proposals, presentations, marketing collateral, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling, and can collaborate closely with architects, marketers, and leadership to produce cohesive, professional design work that reflects the firm’s design excellence.

Develop high-quality graphic materials for architectural proposals, competitions, and client presentations
Design and format marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, resumes, and pitch decks
Translate architectural drawings and concepts into clear, compelling visual diagrams and layouts
Maintain and evolve the firm’s visual identity across print, digital, and environmental applications
Collaborate closely with architects, leadership, and marketing teams to communicate design intent
Prepare materials for digital platforms, including the firm website, social media, and email campaigns
Coordinate with external consultants, printers, and vendors to ensure design quality and brand consistency
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
Organize and maintain graphic templates, image libraries, and brand assets
Support award submissions, publications, and exhibition graphics as needed

To thrive in this role, you bring strong graphic design expertise, a creative mindset, exceptional communication skills, and proven experience supporting creative teams, with qualifications including

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an architecture, design, or creative services environment
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); familiarity with presentation software (PowerPoint, InDesign-based decks, etc.)
• Experience designing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials in a professional services setting
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, diagrams, and design concepts into clear, compelling graphics
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work, particularly in print and presentation-based projects
