We are looking for a UX Designer who thrives at the intersection of complexity and clarity. You will shape end to end user experiences for a financial product that blends data, guidance, and decision making into a single, elegant flow. UX strategy and design for core user journeys across web and mobile
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and rapid iteration to validate ideas
- Advocate for design excellence and user empathy across the organization
- Contribute to our evolving design system and interaction standards
7+ years of UX or product design experience
- Strength in user research, interaction design, and prototyping
- Comfort working with data heavy interfaces and decision support tools
- In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information.
