Leons is currently looking for a Full Time Decorator who is creative and versatile in his or her ability to create functional and appealing product displays that showcase our incredible line of merchandise and are well suited to our customers needs. Leons Furniture has locations from coast to coast is Canadian owned and has a rich history spanning over 110 years. Today as in the past Canadians have turned to us to provide their home furnishing needs and were proud to be expanding our sales teams in every location to meet this challenge.
Many of our most successful associates joined Leons in entry level positions and with hard work determination and desire they were able to achieve a level of success beyond their imaginations. These success stories are our greatest achievement. Ensure displays showcase merchandise effectively and attractively to inspire customers.
Discuss with various departments to execute promotional campaigns including seasonal themes and sales events.
Customize displays to suit the needs and expectations of target customers creating an inviting shopping atmosphere.
Regularly inspect and adjust displays to uphold quality standards.
Daily inventory counting and management for accessories and other merchandise
Strong team player in a creative atmosphere
Experience decorating in a retail environment preferred
Able to design creative and appealing spaces within buyer guidelines
Ability to interact professionally with our vendors and customers providing assistance and guidance as needed
Ability to plan prepare and decorate for promotional sales and seasonal holidays creating visually appealing displays that captivate customers. Bring excitement to our showroom by ensuring a fresh and engaging experience with every visit.
Track inventory count of incoming and outgoing accessories merchandise
Continuous quality education and training on our products and sales techniques
