Toronto Pearson International Airport is the fourth-largest entry point in North America. It is Canada’s largest and busiest airports with approximately 456,000 flights and 44 million passengers travelling annually. Toronto Pearson is a hub for the movement of people and goods across the country, continent and globally. Position: Full-Time (Temp) Traffic Guard Site: Toronto Pearson Airport

Overtime is Employment Standards Act (ESA)

Hours: Continental Nights (2300 - 0700)

Posting Date: January 20th,2026

Provide vehicular and pedestrian traffic direction and control on the groundside area of the Airport by facilitating the movement of vehicular traffic

Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Direct or control movement of vehicles at specific locations

Direct commercial and public vehicles along their respective traffic lanes

Institute regular patrols at various times each day in these areas and others, direct both vehicle and pedestrian traffic, and provide the public with relevant information concerning vehicle parking, stopping, and the loading and unloading of vehicles in a courteous and consistent manner

Ensure the separation of vehicles and pedestrians by controlling crosswalks, lane separations, areas designated by the GTAA from time to time

Issue the Parking Infraction Notices (PINs) in accordance with established training procedures. Respond to Charter Bus call-up requests and consults with other supported roles for placement of bus and tour groups

Assist passengers with boost requests by calling Tow Trucks;

English (oral and written) fluency is a must

Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred.

Pervious Customer Service Experience required

Applicants lacking these certifications can opt into Paladin's UoF/MOAB certification program prior to their onboarding training to ensure they meet the requirements of the position

however, Paladin will cover all of the costs of the training with a 6-month commitment to the position/availability
