Bilingual Call Centre Customer Service Representative

Are you fluent in both English and French and passionate about helping people? We're seeking dedicated, bilingual professionals to join our insurance team. This is a full-time, permanent position where you can build a stable, long-term future.

Competitive Pay: $49,000 annual salary.

• Work arrangement: hybrid model (2 days in London Office)
• Monday to Friday work schedule. Start with 3 weeks of paid vacation plus 3 paid personal days.
• 4-6 weeks of comprehensive paid training followed by 2-3 weeks of mentorship.
• Access to a pension plan and a company Share Ownership Program.
• $Act as the first point of contact for new and existing members, providing accurate and timely support via phone and email.
• Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries using various systems and tools.
• Maintain the highest level of customer service and professionalism in every interaction.

Fluency in both English and French is essential.

• Proven experience in a customer service or call center role.
• Any leadership or managerial experience from the customer service, banking, or finance industries is considered an asset.
• Must be able to pass the Federal Government's Enhanced Security Screening.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to multitask across multiple screens and systems.
• Education: High School Diploma.
