ASSISTANT RESPONSABLE PLANNING (H/F)

Executive Assistant to the President

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support our President. Justification for Language Requirements

The company takes all reasonable measures to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, requiring it only when necessary and when existing bilingual employees are unable to fulfill these duties.

Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to communicate in English (both orally and in writing). Specifically, this role will require the employee to communicate with English-speaking clients, partners, and employees located outside of Quebec.

Salary: Competitive salary starting at $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Including full insurance coverage, retirement plan (RRSP), sick leave, and personal days

Manage and optimize the President’s complex schedule, including planning and coordinating meetings, conference calls, and events.

Travel Coordination: Plan and organize all aspects of business travel (flights, accommodation, transportation), ensuring efficiency and comfort.

Support for Personal & Community Engagements: Oversee and coordinate the President’s family and community commitments, ensuring seamless integration with professional responsibilities.

Administrative Management: Handle correspondence, prepare documents, conduct research, manage filing systems, and ensure the follow-up of daily administrative tasks.

Compile and prepare all necessary meeting materials, draft minutes, and ensure the follow-up of action items.

Experience: Significant experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting senior management.

Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in both French and English (oral and written).

Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
