Business Development Representative -Construction Technology

We're looking for a Business Development & Proposal Specialist who will play a key role in strengthening how we identify opportunities, develop proposals, and communicate the value of our work.
It's a hands-on, high-impact position that brings together strategy, writing, design, and collaboration. You'll work closely with Principals, Studio Leads, and our Director of Communications to create clear, compelling proposals and support thoughtful business development efforts across the studio.
Lead the development and coordination of proposals (RFQs, RFPs, fee letters) from early strategy through to submission
Ensure submissions are high quality, on time, and aligned with client expectations
Business Development & Opportunity Tracking

Identify and track project opportunities through various channels
Support Principals and Studio Leads in aligning pursuits with broader business development strategy
Contribute to the development and maintenance of marketing materials and collateral
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

2–5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or proposals, ideally within architecture, design, or a related industry
Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content
Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfort working collaboratively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
