We're looking for a full-spectrum Product Owner with strong experience in Agile delivery to lead and collaborate with a complex, multi-stream initiative. This role will drive development of key capabilities that seamlessly integrates into the broader home-financing ecosystem. With several concurrent projects in the broader program and interdependent timelines, you'll need to bring both strategic clarity and hands-on execution. Beyond guiding day-to-day technical development, you will define product strategy, establish KPIs, manage cross-program alignment, and ensure the product delivers measurable business value. Develops and delivers the full product development lifecycle from setting strategic objective to bringing a product to market that delivers business value. Drives end-to-end product lifecycle including the 'why', 'when' and 'what' of the product, persona development, proof of concepts, backlog management and product activation through to product retirement. Provides the voice of the business to cross-functional product teams to clarify feature, story and content requirements; Drives the overall customer experience definition and prioritization that enables a focus on what matters most to our customers.

Ensures product management and development teams are producing in parallel, and are working together effectively and efficiently.

Monitors and tracks performance, and addresses any issues.

Addresses blockers related to adoption and correct usage of the product- including communications, documentation and training.

Ensures that a new product in development, or a new feature of an existing product is proven to be desirable, viable and functional.

Ensures alignment between values and behaviour that fosters diversity and inclusion.

Attracts, retains, and enables the career development of top talent.

Improves team performance, recognizes and rewards performance, coaches employees, supports their development, and manages poor performance.

Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
