This role is responsible for maintaining a professional, welcoming, and well-organized front desk while providing administrative support and coordinating office activities and events. The Receptionist plays a key role in shaping the daily experience of employees, clients, and business partners through consistent professionalism and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys a diverse range of responsibilities, and demonstrates a sustained interest in reception as a profession.
Serve as the primary point of contact by answering phones, directing calls appropriately, taking accurate messages, and welcoming and directing visitors in a professional manner
Own and manage the main reception email inbox with professionalism and discretion, responding to general inquiries from customers and employees by phone, email, or in person
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception environment, including the front desk, guest lounge areas, and boardrooms
Provide consistent, high quality administrative support for reception and office operations, including ordering and maintaining office supplies, receiving and sorting mail, and coordinating courier deliveries
Schedule appointments and manage reception related calendars to ensure smooth daily office operations
Play a key role in coordinating office events and activities that support employee engagement, culture, and connection
High School Diploma
- 2 or more years in a similar Reception or administrative position, in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite (skills assessment will be required)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
