Job Responsibility:
We are looking to hire a Receptionist/Customer Service Person to work MONDAY-FRIDAY 12:00PM - 5:00PM only. 25 hours a week. Please do not apply if you cannot work these requirements.
We are a Used Golf Ball facility located in the Tilbury industrial park area. Locally owned and operated for 27 years. We are a small business that is rapidly growing.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our customers. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, be proficient in various office software applications, and have experience working in a front desk environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Package orders from walk-in customers
- Answer phone calls and assist in enquiries
- Assist in package tracking and communicating with shipping carriers
- Assist with online stock status, filing, and organizing documents
- Utilize computerized systems for various tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Provide support to other departments as needed
Requirements:
- Proficient English Language communication (verbal and written)
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Experience in Microsoft Office and other office software applications
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills
