As the first and last point of contact for our guests, Hosts at The Rabbit Hole play a key role in setting the tone for a warm, energetic, and memorable dining experience. You’ll be responsible for greeting every guest with genuine hospitality, managing reservations and waitlists, and coordinating table flow to support smooth service. If you love working with people and enjoy being part of a dynamic front-of-house team, this is your chance to be part of a modern gastropub known for its elevated comfort food, craft drinks, and welcoming atmosphere.
Monitor table rotation and coordinate with Front Of House and Back Of House teams to optimize guest flow
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the host stand and entrance area
Assist with bussing tables and support the team by running food and beverages as needed
Previous experience as a host or in a guest-facing hospitality role is an asset
A passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
Valid Smart Serve Certification Required
Available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
This a part time position - 15 to 22h / week
