COPE, Local 103 Job Summary Under the direction and supervision of the Principal, , the Educational Assistant will:

self-help skills,

Participate in program planning in close co-operation with the home setting and school;

Participate in assessment and treatment planning;

Provide supervision as assigned; 2 or 3 year Community College Diploma in Educational Assistant, Autism and Behaviour Management or Developmental Services Worker or Youth Worker Program, Early Childhood Education, Social Services;

~3-5 years of experience in a school setting; Preferred Assets

BMS Training;

Qualifications and experience with Autism and Behaviour Science;

Experience with a variety of data collection methods;

Demonstrated peer leadership in a variety of school settings;
