We are currently hiring an Account Manager to enhance member value by building a simple, comprehensive retirement solution that Canadians trust at every stage of their journey. Reporting to the Head of Sales & Partnerships, you’ll be responsible for driving toward a future where every Canadian can achieve financial security in retirement. Today, people working for small and mid-sized employers are left to build retirement savings on their own—this leads to inefficient savings and poor outcomes. You will work on cross functional teams to deliver a trusted, and comprehensive retirement offering that supports members from their first contribution to their last withdrawal. Your work will directly contribute to creating better retirement outcomes and a more inclusive financial future for all. Own the post-sale client experience from deal close through long-term partnership

Partner with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff and onboarding

Deliver employee education sessions and support adoption of the platform

Manage an ongoing portfolio of clients focused on adoption, satisfaction, and retention

Proactively identify risks, surface opportunities, and resolve issues

You build trust quickly with clients and internal partners and thrive in cross-functional environments.

  • You’re comfortable engaging senior leaders and facilitating education sessions for groups of varying sizes, adapting your message for clarity and impact.
  • You manage multiple clients and priorities with confidence in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
  • Detail-oriented and data-minded

You value precision and use data to guide decisions and deliver consistent, high-quality client experiences.
