SE Therapists are given the time and support needed to provide high-quality, individualized care. This enables you to build strong therapeutic relationships, support recovery goals, and gain a deeper understanding of the factors influencing health and independence in clients' everyday environments. A graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy and are a member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO registration)
Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs is preferred
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team while supporting positive client outcomes
Sound knowledge of community resources is an asset
Ability to adapt to new computer applications
This role follows a hybrid work approach where you are able to work remotely and with the clients in their acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation setting
