Voyago is hiring one Part-Time Dispatcher for our Transit Operations in the Greater Niagara Region to fill a current vacancy . As an onsite Dispatcher for our On Demand Service, you will take pride in playing a key role in ensuring the independence and mobility of our city’s most vulnerable passengers. Your efforts will directly contribute to their ability to access essential services, appointments, and daily activities safely and comfortably by delivering excellent customer service, care and respect.
You are responsible for a high degree of customer service
- You will provide on demand support to drivers and manage the on-demand RideCo software
- You will communicate with clients and drivers and work to fill all shifts
- 20.40 per hour
Shift Details:
You have high proficiency in typing and computer skills (including MS Office Suite)
You have strong, proven customer service experience
You can answer phones, fax, and email correspondence in a professional and courteous manner
You can obtain a clean Criminal Record Search
Your experience working with RideCo or any other cloud based on demand transit software would be an asset
Your understanding of the transportation industry, especially in an on-demand capacity would be an asset
