Company Description Lakeshore Cardiology Associates is a specialized cardiology practice located in St. We provide comprehensive cardiovascular care supported by a skilled, patient‑focused clinical team. Our clinic, located at 100 Martindale Road, Suite 2, serves the Niagara community with a commitment to high‑quality, evidence‑based cardiac care.
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) to join our Cardiology Clinic on a contract/part-time basis. Working alongside board-certified cardiologists, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered cardiac care within an Ontario-based multidisciplinary team. Order and interpret diagnostic investigations including ECGs, echocardiograms, Holter monitors, stress tests, and laboratory work
- Provide patient and family education on cardiovascular health, lifestyle modifications, and medication adherence
- Document clinical encounters accurately and in a timely manner within the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and adhere to CNO standards, MOHLTC guidelines, and clinic protocols
- Participate in team meetings and support the overall functioning of the cardiology clinic
Master of Nursing (MN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) — Nurse Practitioner stream from an accredited Canadian university
- Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner (Primary Health Care or Adult stream) with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- cardiology or cardiovascular experience strongly preferred
- Experience with heart failure management, arrhythmia monitoring, or post-cardiac procedure follow-up
- Familiarity with Ontario Health Teams (OHTs) and integrated care models
- Experience with cardiac device clinic support or remote patient monitoring
- Bilingual in English and French considered an asset
