Limestone Property Management is seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated Property Bookkeeper to join our team! As one of Kingston's leading property management firms, Limestone Property Management manages properties in Kingston, Napanee, Gananoque, Belleville, and is expanding into the Ottawa area.
The Property Bookkeeper is a crucial internal office role that connects the Finance and Property Management Departments. The ideal candidate will possess high-level customer service skills and embody our company's core values in their daily work.
This role requires proficiency with computer software, including strong experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and a knack for learning new technology. The candidate must also be comfortable professionally handling phone calls and emails.
The ability to operate effectively with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks without becoming overwhelmed is essential.

Tenant and owner maintenance (lease terms, contact info updates, rent increases)
Residential Accounts Payable
Non-Resident (NR4 & NR6) monthly remittance and annual forms
Excellent communications skills, fully fluent in English
French is not required but is considered an asset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
Experience with Yardi Breeze is considered an asset
Experience working in an office setting is a must
Experience in full cycle bookkeeping is considered an asset
Experience in Property Management is considered an asset
