Office Assistant – Full Time | Brampton, ON
A growing manufacturing facility in Brampton is seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to support the Production Department. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being at the center of daily operations, thrives in a fast?paced environment, and values teamwork.

? Key Responsibilities
- Daily filing and document organization
- Prepare Certificates of Analysis
- Handle regular mailings (Purolator, FedEx, etc.)
- Receive goods in the Maximum system
- Complete scrap shipping reports
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Print labels, skid sheets, shipping documents, and production copies
- Answer external phone calls professionally
- Draft formal emails and letters
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with team members and assist when issues arise
- Identify opportunities for improvement and help optimize workflows
? Required Profile
- Experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Experience with MRP software
- Secretarial studies (asset)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Team?oriented, reliable, and adaptable
