At Steele Auto Group , our accounting teams do more than balance numbers. They help keep our dealerships moving, our teams supported, and our customers confident behind the scenes. We are looking for an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team and play a meaningful role in supporting daily accounting functions that directly impact dealership performance.
As an Accounting Clerk , you will contribute across core financial processes including transaction posting, reconciliations, deal processing, and reporting. Assisting with inventory tracking and quality control measures
Managing accounts receivable and balancing general ledger accounts
Completing daily cash reporting and supporting accounts payable functions
Providing ongoing support to the Controller and accounting team as needed
Post secondary education in accounting or a related field
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in a high volume environment
Automotive or dealership experience considered a strong asset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Experience with computerized accounting systems
