As a Genesis Experience Manager, you’ll combine consultative sales skills with relationship-building to help clients find the vehicle that best fits their lifestyle.

- 1+ year of experience in automotive sales or commission-based sales
- Motivation to succeed in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Valid VSA License and BC Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean abstract
- Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships
- Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems (DealerSocket experience is an asset)
Schedule: Full-Time
Delivering a luxury, consultative sales experience from first contact to delivery
Completing sales documentation accurately and efficiently
Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
Following up with customers to drive repeat and referral business
Staying current on product knowledge, market trends, and brand standards
