Sanitation Operator
Shift: Night Shift; 9pm-6am or 10pm-7am or 11pm-8am dependent on daily production; Sunday to Thursday shift with occasional Saturday shift.

- As a Sanitation Operator at Bimbo Canada you will be:
Responsible for understanding preparing and effectivelyutilizinggeneral sanitation chemicals (Safety Handling Applications Dilutions) and equipment cleaning requirements on all lines and general housekeeping.
Utilize andmaintainin-house sanitation cleaning equipment includingFoamers Power washers Vacuums Sanitizers and floor Scrubbers (training provided in house) as per tasks assigned.
Must haveabilityto troubleshoot equipment within the production environment.
Strong communicationskills in both verbal and written English
Strong knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP policies and procedures in a food manufacturing facility.
Forklift Boom and Skyjack certification and experience would be an asset.
Ability to work overtime asrequired
