IT System Administrator (Fully Remote)

IT Administrator (m/f/d)
Montreal, On-Site
Install, administer, and maintain IT services, hardware, and software, including configuration and management of cloud applications in Microsoft 365
Coordinate IT-related requests and provide comprehensive client management and support for employees, both remotely and on-site in Montreal
Ensure smooth IT operations by analyzing and resolving technical issues and conducting performance analyses
Administer virtual server environments (VMware)
Maintain and manage releases and updates of standard software
Administer and further develop Microsoft Dynamics and Business Central
Actively contribute to exciting internal IT projects
Solid knowledge of at least two of the following operating systems: Microsoft Windows, Linux, or Apple, along with strong general IT knowledge
Confident working with Microsoft technologies (Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Entra ID)
Experience with PowerShell, databases (e.g., MS SQL)
Strong experience in administering Microsoft Dynamics and Business Central
Completed vocational training in IT or a comparable qualification through professional experience
Extensive experience with AI applications and their centralized management
Very good English skills; German language skills are a plus
