The Benefits Specialist is responsible for the administration and execution of E360’s employee benefits and retirement programs across Canada. Administer benefits programs in Dayforce (health, dental, life, disability, RRSP/DPSP)
Systems, Data & Reconciliation
Leave & Disability Management
Coordinate with employees, HR, payroll, and vendors to ensure compliance and proper tracking
Employee Support & Vendor Management
Support HRBPs and managers with guidance on programs and policies
Process Improvement & Governance
Identify opportunities to improve processes, data accuracy, and efficiency
Partner with HR, Payroll, HRIS, and Finance to ensure alignment and data integrity
5+ years of experience in benefits administration and HR/payroll operations
- Experience with reconciliations, audits, and payroll integration
