Dishwasher (Part-Time Weekends)

Dishwasher:
Responsible for the cleaning and sanitizing of all re-usable serving wear.
Responsible for working quickly and effciently during service to make sure the kitchen and foh team do not run out of clean dish ware.
Helping to buss tables and maintaining high levels of cleanliness in specific sections of the kitchen and restaurant.
Free coffee on shift
Maintaining a clean and organized dish area, while aiding the worker staff by returning serving wear, plates, and cutlery
Ensuring correct sanitation practices, and regularly checking high traffic parts of the café & coffee bar
Responsible to maintain work areas in the kitchen, and return equipment in an orderly fashion.
Sort and remove organic material, containers, waste, and place it in the designated areas
Ensure that during down times, the kitchen is aided in handling product, and some other forms of preparation for service
Responsible for opening/closing duties that may include daily/weekly/monthly maintenance projects
Must be availabke to work weekends ( Saturday + Sunday)
- Responsible at working during peak time, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Food safe certificate is an asset
