IT and Deployment Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing: As an IT Bench Technician you will be responsible for delivering a positive customer experience by ensuring that client service level commitments are completely met or exceeded. You will take pride in setting up and deploying technology, handling hardware repairs, and managing shipping and receiving tasks while maintaining high client satisfaction.
Set-up computer and technology deployment.
Shipping and receiving product handling.
Support and backfill the Field Technician.
Work with vendors to complete service requests.
Understand and follow service operational standards, processes, and best practices.
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
May need to travel up to 20%.
Post-secondary education in Information Technology.
- 3+ years of IT experience, ideally including experience in a help desk environment.
- Experience or familiarity with Windows/MDT.
- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and troubleshooting solutions in a busy environment.
- Ability to lift heavy IT equipment including but not limited to desktops, printers, workstations, and UPS etc. Competitive salaries.
