We are looking for an individual with a proactive approach to maintenance. Minimum of two three years previous experience considered an asset
Able to use basic power tools and complete basic building maintenance
Basic command of the English language (written and verbal)
Plumbing knowledge would be considered an asset
Carpentry/Construction skills considered an asset
Strong customer care and communication skill

As a Maintenance Technician , your primary responsibilities will include:
Perform general maintenance tasks that may include: millwork (countertops), repair/install doors, interior painting, drywall repairs and other similar duties.
Knowledge of using various power tools, painting, drywall repairs an asset
Assist with building operations functions as required
Repair and refinish furniture
Respond immediately to emergencies
Respond immediately to service requests and emergencies that address client and building related issues
