JLL is hiring a Maintenance Technician for its leading technology client in Kitchener. The technician is part of the Facilities Management team that ensures the clients modern campus runs smoothly and safely for its employees and guests. This role will handle diverse maintenance requests such as minor plumbing and electrical repairs painting and furniture installation and repair. Each day will be varied and present new challenges offering excellent opportunities to develop technical skills while working with state-of-the-art building systems
This role is on-site Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm.
Completes general maintenance tasks including but not limited to painting plumbing repairs changing light bulbs and ballasts hanging pictures installing keyboard trays and repairing office furniture systems as assigned.
Complies with policies for the safe storage usage and disposal of hazardous materials.
High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of maintenance experience
- Proficient in basic electrical plumbing and general repairs and using any hand and power tools required
- Strong customer service skills
