The expected salary or pay rate for this role is from $45,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year, based on performance toward commissions and bonuses.

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible for the administration of vehicle inventory, transactions, and sales. contact customers who express interest through our automated lead system
book appointments for those clients with appropriate sales consultants
record and track vehicle transactions and deliveries utilizing the dealership management system
participate in the maintenance of vehicle inventory in the dealership management system (DMS)
perform vehicle licensing and administration
prepare final delivery checklists for customers, to ensure all required documents and programs are administratively fulfilled
back-up receptionist, as needed
Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in administration, including:
- 1 to 2 years proven experience in customer service or call centre in retail sales
- CDK/Reynolds) is an asset
- working experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- a proven commitment to quality of work
